Payment service provider
Shopify Payments is the payment processing and payment service provider that processes all payments in the online store. Shopify Payments is integrated directly into the Shopify platform, so there is no need for separate agreements or third-party payment service providers.
Accepted payment methods
With Shopify Payments, your customers can pay in the following ways:
- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- Bancontact and iDEAL
Payment processing and receiving funds
- Payment will be charged to the customer immediately upon ordering.
- The funds are transferred to the merchant's account in accordance with the Shopify Payments terms and conditions.
- The service includes processing fees set in Shopify Admin. The payment processor collects these fees from the merchant in accordance with the terms of the Shopify Payments agreement.
