1. Customer
These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Nordic Pixel Store Oy and the brand Tyyni Earplugs (hereinafter referred to as “Tyyni” or “seller”) and its consumer customers (“Customer”). The contractual relationship also complies with the current Finnish and European Union legislation on consumer trade, marketing and contract law.
2. Customer relationship and data protection
Ordering products requires that the customer provides complete contact information, including name, address, telephone number and email address.
Customer information is stored in the Nordic Pixel Store Oy customer register, which is used to manage the customer relationship, process orders and communicate. The register is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data protection statement is available on our website. The customer has the right to check, correct or delete their own data, and prohibit their use for marketing purposes.
3. Product range
Product availability and delivery time estimates are based on information provided by suppliers. Tyyni Earplugs (Nordic Pixel Store Oy) is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen or reasons beyond the company's control, for example, supply chain disruptions in Posti's services. The seller is not responsible for force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, war or official regulations.
4. Delivery
The products are delivered at the customer's choice via a transport service or in another notified manner. If the delivery includes several products, they can be delivered in several installments. If the customer is not reachable at the time of delivery or provides incorrect contact information, the customer is responsible for any additional costs. It is not permitted to place multiple identical orders and request the cancellation or return of earlier orders for the purpose of obtaining free shipping or other benefits. The store reserves the right to cancel such orders, combine orders, or charge shipping fees in accordance with the shipping terms if order activity is suspected to be intentionally abusive.
5. Pricing and payment methods
Prices include VAT. Delivery costs are added to the total amount, unless otherwise stated. Tyyni reserves the right to cancel the order if the product has been incorrectly priced as a result of a technical or human error.
Current payment methods can be viewed at www.tyyniearplugs.com. Credit decisions are made in accordance with the terms and conditions of potential credit providers, for example Klarna etc.
6. Returns
The customer has the right to return the products within 100 days of delivery. The right of return only applies to unused products in their original packaging.
Hygiene products, such as earplugs, do not have the right of return if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The return notification is made through customer service and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return, unless otherwise agreed. Detailed information on the return policy page.
The money will be returned to the original payment method no later than 30 days after receipt of the return or proof of sending it.
7. Warranty
The products have a statutory liability for defects and a 14-day right of return. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover wear, abuse or damage caused by improper use of the product.
8. Resolving disputes
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. The consumer has the right to take the matter to the consumer advice or consumer disputes board. Any legal proceedings can be brought in the district court of the customer's domicile or the domicile of Nordic Pixel Store Oy.
