We deliver orders quickly and reliably. Products often leave our warehouse on the same day and the delivery time to Finland is only 1-3 business days on average. International delivery 4-7 business days.

Orders are delivered using the customer's chosen delivery method, either directly to the address provided by the customer or for collection from a pick-up point or parcel machine. Nordic Pixel Store Oy is not responsible for delays due to reasons beyond our control, such as problems with logistics partners or force majeure, such as war, natural disaster, strike or other similar force majeure.

Delivery costs are clearly stated during the order process before confirming the order. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the selected delivery method and stock status, but our goal is always to deliver as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are shipped the same or the next business day. We aim to deliver our products in Finland within approximately 1-3 business days.
As a rule, we deliver all products in an order at once. If the order contains products that cannot be delivered at the same time, we reserve the right to divide the delivery into several batches without additional costs to the customer. We will contact the customer immediately about this and most of our products for sale are directly available in the Vantaa warehouse.

We deliver orders throughout Europe using reliable logistics partners. The delivery time to Europe is typically 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery method and destination country.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, or if the parcel is not collected within the specified time, we reserve the right to charge new shipping costs. If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery details, the customer is also responsible for any costs arising from redirection or re-shipment of the order.  

Preorder

If your order includes preorder items, the entire order will be shipped only once all items in the order are available in stock. This also applies to in-stock items purchased in the same order as preorder products.

The estimated delivery date provided for preorder items is indicative only and not binding. We reserve the right to change the delivery schedule if necessary.
