What are Tyyni earplugs suitable for?
Tyyni earplugs are designed for versatile use, such as sleeping, concerts, festivals, studying, working, restaurants and traveling.
Do earplugs completely isolate sound?
Tyyni earplugs effectively reduce disturbing environmental sounds without completely blocking them out. Soft sounds are almost completely quiet, medium-level sounds are dampened and loud sounds remain audible but are significantly quieter. Snoring is notably reduced though the loudest snorers may still be heard.
Our earplugs are CE approved and meet the requirements of the international standard EN 352-2.
Can I use earplugs every night?
Yes, our earplugs are designed for long-term use and are skin friendly and washable.
Does the same earplug fit everyone?
All our models come with different size adapters XS, S, M, L, so you can find the right size for you.
How do you clean earplugs?
Wash the plugs with mild soapy water and let them dry. Avoid hot surfaces or hard rubbing. The Tyyni Cleaning Kit is a handy addition to earwax removal.
Can I use earplugs on a plane?
Yes! They mute engine noise and help you travel more comfortably.
Can earplugs be used with headphones/hearing protectors?
In some situations yes. Especially high profile headphone models our earplugs fit well under hearing protectors/headphones.
What material are the earplugs made of?
Our plugs are made of high quality hypoallergenic silicone or other skin friendly material.
Does the product include a storage case?
Yes, all our models include packaging, storage case, replacement tips XS, S, M, L, so that the earplugs fit your ears perfectly.

What is Tyyni Earplugs?
We are a Finnish online store company, Nordic Pixel Store Oy, operating in Finland Vantaa and we are company which is registered in the Finnish trade register. You can find comprehensive information about the company in the About us section.
Can I order larger quantities for a company?
Yes, we offer B2B sales and company packages, please contact us with email info@tyyniearplugs.com.
Are the products CE marked?
Yes, our earplugs meet EU standards and are CE marked and comply with standard 352-2:2020.
Delivery
How quickly will my order be delivered?
We ship orders from Vantaa normally the next business day. Delivery time in Finland 2-4 business days. The shipment is delivered by our logistics partner Posti. We ship orders from Vantaa quickly. International orders Europe 4-7 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We primarily deliver to Finland, but delivery within Europe is also possible, please check the delivery terms. Other markets like Asia, US etc coming later on.
What delivery methods do you offer?
Our shipping partner is Finland Posti. You can choose the best delivery for you at checkout. We are shipping all countries in EU.
Can I pick up the order directly from your warehouse in Finland?
We currently do not offer pick-up from our warehouse. During the summer you will find us at many events in Finland selling our products. Follow us on social media and come and see our products in music festivals etc.
How can I track my shipment?
You will receive a tracking code by email once the package has been shipped.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
If the package has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service immediately.
Warranty & Returns
How do I make a refund?
Please contact our customer service for return instructions.
Can I return the earplugs if they don't fit?
Earplugs used as hygiene products are not returnable, but unopened and unused products can be returned within 100 days.
Can I exchange the earplugs for another model?
If the product is unopened and unused, you can exchange it for another model. If the product has been shipped you will have to pay the shipping costs incurred.
How quickly will I get my money back from a return?
Refunds are usually made within 30 business days of receiving the return.

We try to answer all inquiries within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
Online banking, credit cards, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and invoice/installment payment (Walley).
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, a receipt will be sent to your email automatically upon ordering.
How quickly will I get my money back from a return?
Refunds are usually made within 30 business days of receiving the return.

Yes, payment is very secure and this is why we want to offer a reliable Finland payment service from our partner Paytrail which is Finland leading payment service provider.
