Refund policy

We want to make returns clear and worry free for you. If you change your mind after ordering, you have a 100-day right of return. Returns are possible according to the conditions described below.

We recommend that you read the return policy carefully before returning the product. You can find the return policy and instructions on this page.

Right of Cancellation
Tyyni Earplugs consumer customers have the right to cancel their order within 100 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. Please note (some products are not covered by this right of cancellation, check them on the KKV website.

2. Condition of the returned product
The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and instructions. The product must not have been used or its hygiene protection (possible seal) broken, unless it is a potentially faulty product. The customer is responsible for proving the product's fault. If desired, customer service is entitled to request pictures or video material from the customer to verify the fault of the product.

3. Return instructions
The return must be made without delay and no later than 100 days after submitting the return notification. We recommend using the original packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is returned undamaged.

4. Return costs
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred by the return unless the product is faulty or damaged. We do not accept cash on delivery or returns sent with a request for a refund. Products returned without the permission of customer service are not entitled to a monetary or product refund.

5. Refund and Refund
We will refund the value of the returned products no later than 30 days after the return has been received and inspected. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used in connection with the order. The refund will be made to the payment method used in the order, for example, bank transfer is not possible.

6. Limitations on the right to return

You do not have the right to cancel an online purchase if:

the contract concerns a product that is manufactured or modified according to your requirements or to clearly meet your personal needs, for example, custom-made curtains or a product that has been engraved or personalized.
The loss of the right to cancel does not apply to products that correspond to standard goods and the modification of which you can only influence to a small extent, for example, a sofa that is ordered separately and for which you choose the color and material from the basic selection. The contract concerns a product that can quickly deteriorate or become obsolete or, due to its nature, has been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, for example, perishable foodstuffs, heating oil or garden soil.

You have opened a sealed item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, for example, contact lenses, earplugs, moisturizers and medicines.
If you have not opened the product, you can cancel the purchase.

The contract applies to alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when the contract was concluded and which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days later and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that the trader cannot influence.

A sealed sound or image recording or computer program has been opened.
The contract applies to the delivery of an individual newspaper, magazine or periodical. It does not matter on whose initiative the contract was concluded.
If it is a newspaper or magazine from a subscription contract (permanent or fixed-term), you have the right to cancel.
the contract has been concluded in an auction in which you can participate in other ways than by remote means, for example public auctions, which can also be attended in person on site.

If it is a purely online auction, you have the right to cancel.
the price of a consumer good depends on fluctuations in the financial markets, which the trader cannot influence and which may occur during the cancellation period, for example precious metals.

7. Return Conditions for Hygiene Products (Earplugs)

Returns of Tyyni earplugs, which are sold as hygiene products, are accepted only if all of the conditions listed below are met and the product remains in resaleable condition.

All returned products are inspected before any refund is approved.

Conditions for return:

  1. The hygiene seal/sticker must be intact and unopened
  2. Cardboard finger seal inside the packaging must be intact and unopened   
  3. Product packaging must be undamaged, clean, and in new condition 
  4. Product must show no signs of contamination, such as dust, hair, dirt, signs of use

If any of the above conditions are not met, the product will be considered a used hygiene product by default and is not eligible for a refund.

If a return is deemed unjustified, we may, at the customer’s request, either:

- Dispose of the product(s) in an appropriate manner, or

- Return the product(s) back to the customer

In such cases, the customer is responsible for all logistical costs arising from the return, including shipping and postal fees.
